IT Specialist

We are now looking for IT Specialist to manage and develop our group level IT infrastructure and to support our international personnel in their IT support tickets. In this role you will be responsible about servers, network, IT devices and IT support. 

Your daily task includes the following:

  • Managing IT infrastructure 
  • Create and modify AD accounts
  • Create and manage mailboxes and licenses in Office 365 Admin Center
  • Create and manage user accounts for our various systems (e.g. VoIP systems, CRM)
  • Troubleshoot local computer, software and network problems
  • Management of IT support tickets in Zendesk and troubleshooting computer and software problems in remote locations

In order to be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • At least 2-3 years similar work experience 
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and 2012 operating systems
  • Knowledge of Active Directory management
  • Knowledge of Office365 management
  • Knowledge of Windows networking services and techniques (LAN, WLAN, VPN, etc)

Knowledge of following systems is advantage:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
  • Microsoft Sharepoint server 2013
  • F-secure products
  • Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
  • VoIP phone systems
  • Zendesk
